This project showcases professional figure fabrication and master-level finishing. Taking complex digital sculpts, our studio handled the physical realization: high-resolution resin printing, rigorous joint tolerance alignment, and multi-tier paint artistry to bring this character to life.
At EIR3D, our workflow bridges digital sculpting assets with elite, presentation-grade physical realizations. Using advanced SLA photopolymer liquid resin printing systems, we capture fine details that traditional production pipelines obscure. From organic muscle anatomy curves to crisp tactical clothing geometry and detailed scenery, the micro-layer setting guarantees smooth surface rendering directly out of the initial build tank.
Custom figure building requires extensive mechanical reinforcing to maintain structural shape balance over long display periods. Each part undergoes structural pinning with concealed support cores, shifting weight centers safely toward the heavy masonry diorama platform. This rigorous alignment process prevents joint sagging or fracture risks, providing long-term structural security for collectors.
Moving from a raw printed state to a high-end collector look demands careful post-processing. The components undergo thorough chemical washing, UV curing, support scar removal, and wet-sanding treatments. This manual micro-conditioning removes all surface anomalies, creating a perfect ground layer for advanced primer applications.
Our paint pipeline blends automotive-grade lacquers and specialized miniature pigments applied via variable-action airbrushes. Layered zenithal shading defines natural shadows along the suit folds, while skin segments receive transparent tonal glazing for lifelike realism. To conclude the process, varying gloss ratings separate distinct surface materials, giving high-sheen reflections to armor plates and boots alongside premium anti-reflective matte topcoats for fabric segments.
