EIR3D provides custom fabrication, 3D printing, engineering support, prototyping, wearable systems, collector builds, finishing services, electronics integration, CAD development, and related creative services.
All projects are custom-made unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Pricing may change if project requirements are modified.
- Additional revisions, redesigns, engineering changes, or scope increases may incur additional fees.
- EIR3D reserves the right to refuse projects at its discretion.
3. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
- Work may be paused until payment is received.
- Final products remain the property of EIR3D until paid in full.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the project.
4. Custom Fabrication Disclaimer
Due to the nature of custom fabrication, prototyping, and handcrafted work, minor cosmetic imperfections, layer lines, dimensional tolerances, finish variation, and assembly differences may occur.
Prototype and engineering projects are experimental by nature and may require iterative refinement, testing, or redesign.
5. Electronics & Wearable Systems
- Clients are responsible for safe operation and use of all wearable systems and electronics.
- EIR3D is not responsible for misuse, modification, overheating, electrical failure, injury, or damage caused after delivery.
- Clients must follow all provided instructions and safety guidance.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
EIR3D or its licensors own and control all of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and the data, images, media, information, and other resources displayed by or accessible within the website.

Unless specific content dictates otherwise, you are not granted a license or any other right under Copyright, Trademark, Patent, or other Intellectual Property Rights. This means that you will not use, copy, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, embed into any electronic medium, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, transfer, download, transmit, monetize, sell, market, or commercialize any resources on this website in any form, without our prior written permission, except and only insofar as otherwise stipulated in regulations of mandatory law (such as the right to quote).
6.2 Client Assets & Third-Party Licensing
- EIR3D retains ownership of original concepts, CAD files, renders, engineering methods, and development assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients must have legal rights to any files, characters, logos, or intellectual property submitted to EIR3D.
- EIR3D may use commercially licensed third-party models, assets, or components from external designers where permitted by the applicable license.
- Ownership and intellectual property rights for third-party licensed assets remain with their respective creators and rights holders.
- EIR3D reserves the right to refuse infringing, unlawful, or unauthorised requests.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, references, and technical information.
- EIR3D is not liable for issues resulting from inaccurate client-provided information.
- Delays caused by client communication, approval delays, or missing information may affect delivery timelines.
8. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on:
- Project complexity
- Material availability
- Supplier delays
- Engineering revisions
- Technical complications
- Production workload
EIR3D is not liable for indirect losses resulting from delays.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
- Custom-made and personalised products are generally non-refundable under Irish and EU consumer law once production has begun.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds may be offered solely at EIR3D discretion where appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Irish law, EIR3D shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Improper use of fabricated products
- Third-party modifications
- Wear and tear occurring after delivery
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Irish consumer protection law.
11. Compliance With Irish Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
EIR3D is a registered business name owned and operated by Ken Ng as a sole trader in the Republic of Ireland (Business Name Registration No: 762997). Registered Address: Killarney, Co. Kerry.
Any disputes arising from services provided by EIR3D shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
- EIR3D processes customer information in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection law.
- Client information will not be sold to third parties.
- Project photos and completed builds may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
13. Changes To Terms
EIR3D reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.
