This collector-grade Mark 85 armor project showcases state-of-the-art additive manufacturing, rigorous surface surfacing, and high-end automotive paint application. Every hard-surface armor segment was meticulously sanded, primed, glossed, and polished to achieve true screen-accurate metallic reflections.

The fabrication workflow involved high-resolution component printing, internal strap integration for ergonomic wearability, custom-blended red and gold metallic automotive coatings, and weathered battle details to capture the iconic cinematic aesthetic.
